Baby’s breath is the traditional florist’s favorite filler flower. Members of the Festival series have a pleasing compact, erect form and vigorous growth. 'Festival Pink Lady' bears tall, airy panicles covered with hundreds of tiny double pink flowers. Flowers appear from late spring to late summer, When in bloom the effect is cloud-like. Off-season plants maintain an inconspicuous existence as a dense rosette of lance-shaped, blue-green basal foliage. It grows best in full sun and prefers light, deep alkaline soil.
