Agnieszka Pawlak-Anhalt – Sales Department Manager. 

Connected with Vitroflora by birth, since the company was founded by her parents. Her career began right after her graduation from the Horticulture Department at Poznań University of Life Sciences (her specialty: ornamental plants). She initially worked in Procurement and Supplier Contact Department. Her present duties, as the Sales Manager, encompass all aspects of sales. 

When evaluating the achievements of Vitroflora, what impresses her most, is the unmatched dynamic of development, especially in the last decade. She believes however, that this is no reason to rest on laurels. To the contrary, this should inspire improvements to further development and introduction of new products. In her assessment, Vitroflora has a distinct advantage of being a very flexible company, able to quickly adopt to customers’ changing needs.

Agnieszka divides her time between work and family. After work she indulges in a brief moment of silence, before being engulfed by her four children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book. She also likes cooking (even for a few dozen people) and of course eating as well. She and her husband love the mountains. As soon as their youngest daughter had learned to walk well, they were back on trail in the Tatra Mountains, - with all their children. This is where they recharge their batteries. Music that she listens to most, is good old rock, smooth jazz and then some. 

Best testimony to her character, she believes,-  are her children. Although she admits, that sometimes her approach is too emotional. She acknowledges, that working with people and facing challenges, give her the most satisfaction. Her associates evaluate her as a very warm and  understanding person, always smiling and with an almost motherly attitude. They value her, as a very  competent, open minded and always ready to help superior, who knows exactly  what she wants.
